What are the platform to book the tickets?
You can book the tickets through website, or direct calling or by social media such as facebook, instagram, etc.
How long can I take the booked ticket?
Your booked ticket must be claimed at least 1 hour before showtime. If not, the booking will be automatically canceled.
Where can I collect my booked ticket?
Tickets booked through the website will be sent to you via email. If you booked through phone or social media, you can collect your tickets at the cinema hall on the day of the show. Alternatively, if you prefer to pick them up in advance, please feel free to text or call the Token Dreams team.
Do children need the tickets?
Tickets are not required for children aged 5 years or younger.
What are the offers we get while buying the tickets?
When you purchase 10 or more tickets, you'll receive 1 additional ticket for free. If you buy 15 tickets, you'll get 2 free tickets.
Can we choose the seats while booking?
No, the seats are offered on the basis of first come first basis in the cinema hall.
What is the advantage of registered membership?
If you are registered, you can enjoy discounts on group bookings for 8 or more people. Additionally, when there are discount offers, you can purchase tickets at a reduced rate. As a registered member, you'll also receive updates on new movie releases.
